The service
Chicago Permit-Leads organizes available public building-permit records to support contractor research. It is operated by NorthStar Premier LLC. The service is not a government agency, employment service or promise that work is available.
Verify before acting
Public records can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or mislabeled. Trade tags are inferred. Reported costs, business roles, contact information and project status may be missing or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking the original record, confirming the right contact and following applicable outreach, licensing, privacy and marketing laws.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and protect your account. Do not attempt to access another customer’s workspace, disrupt the service, evade limits, resell access, misrepresent public records, or use the product for harassment, discrimination or unlawful automated outreach.
Your workspace
You retain responsibility for notes and other information you add. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. Team owners control membership and access within their workspace.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete city coverage, accurate leads, verified contacts, project availability or business results. To the extent permitted by law, Chicago Permit-Leads and NorthStar Premier LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on public records.
Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be presented before they apply where required. Paid subscriptions are not active yet; the applicable billing policy will be presented before purchase. Questions can be sent to permitleads@northstarpremierllc.com.
