What we collect
Chicago Permit-Leads processes the account identity supplied through sign-in, workspace preferences, saved leads, notes, follow-up details, support messages and basic service logs needed to secure and operate the product. Do not store passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in lead notes.
Public permit information
Project records come from public city sources. They can include addresses, project descriptions, reported costs and business names or roles published by the city. Availability and accuracy vary by source. Chicago Permit-Leads does not add homeowner phone numbers or emails.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the workspace, apply your search preferences, maintain saved leads and follow-ups, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell your private workspace information.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, authentication and email providers may process information only as needed to deliver the service. Workspace information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, legal obligations and recovery. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Your choices
